As the final text of the EU Benchmarks Regulation (BMR) has been published and entered into force on February 13th 2021, where are we on the subject of the replacement of Ibor(s) by the different risk free rates?
We will be organizing a series of workgroups to address the different aspects and implications which were highlighted in the survey conducted at ATEB’s year end cocktail. We understand that about 40% of respondents has not started and 56% has started but still has interest to have more sessions, specifically on funding (intercompany and external), derivatives, systems, ..
Kick off on March 31st with a session in partnership with E&Y to review the current status of readiness, items to be addressed and identified, project plans to be set up, ..
