On the 26th of June 2018, the Zanders Belgium Annual Treasury and Risk Seminar will take place in the Havenhuis just outside the old town of Antwerp.
During this half-day event, we will focus on the expanding role of corporate treasury.
- The seminar will be opened by Laurens Tijdhof, Partner at Zanders, with an overview of the trends in and the expanding role of treasury.
- Inge Van Dommelen, Leader cash management operations at Statoil, and Dirk Verberne, corporate cash manager at DSM, will explain how the companies they work for got to the ‘optimized level’ of treasury facing the numerous challenges that go with it.
- Thereafter, Rogier Sterk, senior tax advisor at Loyens & Loeff, will shed light on the new regulations regarding transfer pricing for financial transactions. He will elaborate on the impact of BEPS and other regulations on corporates and will provide other insights regarding the OECD guidelines.
- Our final speaker, Tony McLaughlin, managing director at Citi, will explain his view on the future of treasury.
On top of the above, Havenhuis in Antwerp offers the magnificent surroundings for the more informal exchange of do’s and don’ts between the experts in treasury and risk.
After the successful edition of last year with about 50 experts, Zanders hopes to welcome you at this unique location!
