Dear members
The Board of ATEB has the pleasure to invite you as member of ATEB, to attend the Annual General Assembly which will take place on Wednesday, the 28th of March 2018, from 04.00 pm to 7.00 pm at: Parker Hotel Brussels Airport, Bessenveldstraat 15, 1831 Diegem, see detailed google map via link.
(Note: Free parking upon presentation of the ticket at the reception desk).
The general assembly provides a great opportunity to get an update on the state of your Association, past activities and 2018 plans. It is also a good forum for voicing your questions, ideas and suggestions and meeting the Board.
The formal meeting will be preceded by a Corporate Treasury Snapshot (previously called Corporate Showcase) from a multinational company who will share their treasury organization and challenges.
To lighten the mood and provide an enjoyable start of the year, we will finish the meeting with a cocktail.

ATEB exists for and through its members and therefore your participation is critically important to ensure that ATEB continues to thrive and bring value to the corporate treasury community for many years to come.
General Assembly agenda is as follows
- 2017 activity report and 2018 program.
- Approval of annual accounts for 2017.
- Approval of 2018 budget and membership fee for 2018.
- Directors’ mandates – OUT – IN – Renewal – Amendments
- Discharge for the Directors for the exercise 2017.
