On Monday December 4th, 2017, Deloitte Treasury Advisory Services organizes session “Transfer pricing, US and Belgium tax reforms – implications for Treasurers”. Our tax and legal experts will provide update on tax aspects of treasury operations and participants will have the opportunity to share their views and experiences. This workshop is an event organized within the strategic collaboration between Deloitte and ATEB.

This session will in particular address and provide insights on a number of recent developments also affecting and impacting intercompany treasury and financing:

  • New transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements;
  • Tax audit climate in Belgium, in particular by the TP tax audit department and its increased focus on financial transactions;
  • Specific transfer pricing aspects in relation to cash pooling and, given the current interest market, early repayment of loans;
  • Belgian corporate tax reform elements most relevant to financing and treasury;
  • US tax reform proposals by the US President’s administration and members of Congress;

Register below to network with your peers and the Deloitte experts and stay up to date with Treasury world.
