The European Association of Corporate Treasurers (EACT) are hosting a free training session that corporate ATEB members can attend free-of-charge. The training is hosted in partnership with Falcon Group.  

This exclusive masterclass is designed specifically for corporate treasurers seeking innovative ways to unlock cash, strengthen supply‑chain resilience, and optimise working capital through advanced inventory management solutions.

Drawing on proven, real‑world programmes delivered for multinational and investment‑grade clients, this session will demystify how inventory management solutions work in practice, outline the financial and operational benefits they create, and demonstrate how organisations are overcoming today’s “just‑in‑case” inventory challenges.

Participants will gain practical insights into solution design, accounting considerations, supplier engagement, and the end‑to‑end lifecycle of an inventory ownership model.
