Belgian treasury centers – impact of the Belgian corporate income tax reform

On Tuesday December 11, 2018, Deloitte Treasury Advisory Services in cooperation with ATEB organizes a round table discussion around the attractiveness of Belgian treasury centers, specifically against the background of the Belgian corporate income tax reform.

Our tax experts will analyse and interactively discuss how the Belgian corporate income tax reform as well as some EU (case) law developments (can) affect corporate funding in general and (Belgian) treasury centers in particular. Participants will have the opportunity to share their views and experiences. This workshop is an event organized within the strategic collaboration between Deloitte and ATEB.

The round table will in particular:

• provide an overview of the corporate income tax reform and EU (case) law developments relevant for intercompany financing and treasury;
• address how these (can) affect the tax effectiveness / efficiency of intercompany financing and treasury operations;
• provide related insights on intercompany financing and treasury solutions, with a particular focus on Belgian treasury and holding companies.
