The Board of ATEB has the pleasure to invite all members to attend the Annual General Assembly, which will take place on the 31st of March 2021, at 5.30 pm through a Webex meeting.
The General Assembly provides a great opportunity to get an update on the state of your Association, past year activities and 2021 plans. It is also a good forum for voicing your questions, ideas and suggestions and meeting the Board.
ATEB exists for and through its members and therefore your participation is critically important to ensure that ATEB continues to thrive and bring value to the corporate treasury community for many years to come.
The agenda for the General Assembly is as follows:
- 2020 Activity Report and 2021 Program
- Approval of the annual accounts for 2020 and budget 2021
- Discharge of the Board Members for the financial year 2020
- Approval of membership fees for 2021
- Directors’ mandates
All members will receive a separate email with a formal invite to the General Assembly. This communication will also include a power of attorney, which can be issued in case members are not able to attend.
Note: the General Assembly is open to all members in order of membership’s subscription, only the Corporate (Associate) members have voting rights.
